Integrations
Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Mailchimp and Calendly to let your agent act
Integrations give your agent the ability to perform real actions on your tools: send an email, book an appointment, alert the team on Slack, subscribe a contact to the newsletter. Not just replies — actions.
Where to find them
Go to Agents, click Configure Agent on your agent and open the Integrations tab.
The tab has two sections:
- External Integrations — your personal accounts (Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Mailchimp, Calendly): the ones this guide is about
- Platform Integrations — to connect your website to the assistant (see the widget guide)
How it works
You connect your personal account and authorize the agent to act on your behalf. Then you explain when and how to use it: those are the usage instructions. Connecting always follows 4 steps:
- Click Connect on the integration card
- In the service popup, sign in and authorize Leader24
- You return to the dashboard and the window to configure the instructions opens
- You save: the integration is active
Connected doesn't mean working
Connecting the account isn't enough: until you save the usage instructions the agent won't use the integration. The card reminds you with Setup Required.
The card's states
On the card you read two different pieces of information that coexist.
The connection
- Connected (green badge) — the account is linked
- No badge — you haven't connected the account yet: there's a Connect button
- Reconnect required — happens if access expires or you revoke it from the service (for example from Google's connected apps page): a Reconnect button appears
The configuration (only when connected)
- Setup Required — instructions are missing: the agent doesn't use the integration yet
- Configured — instructions saved, the agent can use it
What you find on the card
- What can it do? — the list of actions the integration allows
- Configure Now / Edit Configuration — the assistant that helps you write the instructions
- View Instructions — review or edit the saved ones (when configured)
- Email Templates — Gmail only: the email templates the agent can send
- Disconnect — unlink the account
Disconnecting an integration
Click Disconnect and confirm: access to your account is revoked and the agent can no longer use that tool.
The instructions stay saved
Disconnecting removes the link, not the usage instructions you wrote. If you reconnect the same service in the future you'll find them already there and the card goes straight back to Configured.
The available integrations
- Gmail — send emails to customers using your templates
- Google Calendar — create and manage appointments on your calendar
- Slack — messages and notifications to your team
- Mailchimp — newsletter subscriptions and lists
- Calendly — booking links and appointment management
Requires the Business plan
Gmail and Google Calendar are available from the Business plan: if your plan doesn't include them you'll see Upgrade plan instead of Connect. Slack, Mailchimp and Calendly are on all plans.
